Description
The sterile Deltalab L Shaped Spreaders are designed for surface spreading.
Made of white polystyrene and supplied in peel-packs, their base length allows liquid samples to be spread over any type of Petri dish and avoids contact with the dish walls.
The curved spreader extremity and rounded corners avoid damaging the media surface while spreading.
The tip bent and rounded edges minimise the possibility of breakage of the solid medium during extension.
It allows their use in places where sterilisation before use is not possible (for instance when samples are collected far from the lab).
